In 2022, Rochelle Odubela was given an award by the Black Cultural Archives as a top 40 by 40 leader award!
The BCA has been steadfast in its mission for 40 years, dedicated to gathering, safeguarding, and honoring the legacy of individuals of African and Caribbean descent in the U.K. Through their efforts, they strive to empower individuals, communities, and society as a whole and foster greater cross-cultural understanding and appreciation.
To mark this occasion, through research carried out by UCL (University College of London), Rochelle has been chosen as one of ‘40 X 40’ Black British individuals, who are poised as the next generation of leaders of African and Caribbean descent, in your industry sector of marketing automation, exemplifying the mission and values of the BCA!
Setting intentions....
In 2018, I set the intention to write a book the following year. I joined High Profile in June 2019 and by August I was asked to feature in a new book From Owls to Peacocks — 50 High Profile Club Entrepreneurs and Their Success Stories. Within 7 days of being telephoned to feature in the book, it went to print! I am so grateful and honored to be a part of it.

is LanaRoc?
LanaRoc Solutions was born in 2011. We registered the business in 2014. As you might have guessed, Lana is the first name of one of the Co-founders Lana Odubela and Roc is part of the other co-founder Rochelle Odubela and together we created LanaRoc
The R behind the L to represent a supportive backbone to Lana and it has a rocky background as a play on my name Roc as my french name Rochelle means “little rock” (this was my nickname at school, don’t you dare call me it, lol)

Lana Odubela was born over forty years ago in Lagos Nigeria, a Microbiology graduate with combine honours in Environmental Microbiology, Virology and postgraduate in information Technology Management systems from the prestigious Greenwich University and Imperial college London.
I've always been passionate about other people's success which is the reason why Rochelle and I registered LanaRoc Solutions Ltd in 2014 even though we got started in 2011.
A natural sales person and passionate about success.
My focus is understanding health and wellness businesses and marking out channels to scale them form to multiple profits.
My passion for success has allowed our sister company, LanaRoc Healthy Bites, have products being enlisted as part of England Finest and Export Britain. The business is on the path to multimillion pounds sterling.
